Recipes

Abbreviations to know:  R= Raw; V= Vegan; DF= Dairy Free;  EF= Egg Free;  GF= Gluten Free;  SF= Soy Free Many of my recipes are also sugar free but may contain other all-natural sweeteners.  You have the option to change whatever the sweeteners are, but your results may not be the same as mine though they may be just as good.  Most, if not all, of my recipes are DF, GF, and SF.  Most but not all of my recipes are EF.  I will label a recipe as being raw if the recipes are mostly raw (but may contain maple syrup or stevia which are not raw) or are easily converted to raw for those of you who prefer to eat a raw food diet.  If something is labeled as being vegan, of course it is DF and EF, so I did not bother to label it as such, using just V for vegan.
